Blocked Drains & Sewer

We find the cause, not just the clog.

Anyone can push a drain snake through a blockage and hand you an invoice. The blockage comes back three months later because nobody looked at why it happened. FreeFlo runs a camera down the line first, shows you the footage, and then fixes the cause — whether that's tree roots, a collapsed section, or a fall that was never right.

What's included

  • CCTV drain camera inspection with footage supplied to you
  • High-pressure water jetting
  • Tree root cutting and removal
  • Electronic pipe locating and depth marking
  • Pipe relining and no-dig repair options
  • Stormwater and sewer line replacement

Signs to watch for

What it usually looks like.

Gurgling drains

Air being forced back past a partial blockage. It is the earliest warning you'll get.

Slow emptying sinks or showers

Usually grease and soap build-up in the branch line — cheap to fix now, expensive to ignore.

Smells from the yard

Often a cracked or root-invaded sewer line venting where it shouldn't.

The same blockage, again

Recurrence is a structural problem. It will not resolve on its own.

How we work

Four steps, every time.

01

Camera first

A CCTV drain inspection locates the blockage and identifies the cause on screen.

02

Clear

High-pressure water jetting cuts through roots, grease and debris without damaging the pipe.

03

Re-inspect

A second camera pass confirms the line is genuinely clear and shows you the condition of the pipe.

04

Repair the cause

Where the pipe is damaged we quote pipe relining or excavation so the problem is finished for good.

Questions

Blocked Drains, answered.

Will you have to dig up my yard?

Usually not. Jetting clears most blockages, and where the pipe itself is damaged, relining repairs it from the inside without excavation in the majority of cases.

Can I see what's actually down there?

Yes — we show you the camera footage on site and can supply a copy. If we say a pipe is cracked, you get to see the crack.

Are tree roots covered by insurance?

It varies by policy. We provide a written report with footage that gives you the best chance of a successful claim.
